If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please notify Premier Seals immediately and return the item within 3 days for inspection.
As company seals are specifically made, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Should the item is found to be faulty, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement (excluding shipping charges).
In a case where the following conditions are not met, Executive Company Seals Limited reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Packaging must include all original items.
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 3 days of original purchase.
- The return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt.
